Light temperature refers to the color tone of light emitted by a bulb, measured in Kelvin (K). Different light temperatures create different atmospheres and serve various functions:

Warm Light (3000K-3500K) – A soft, golden glow similar to candlelight or traditional incandescent bulbs. Ideal for cozy, relaxing spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, and dining areas.

Neutral Light (4000K-4500K) (Also Termed "Daylight") – A balanced, natural white light that mimics daylight. Perfect for general home lighting, kitchens, offices, and workspaces where clear visibility is needed without being too harsh.

Cold Light (6000K-6500K) – A crisp, bluish-white light that enhances focus and visibility. Commonly used in task lighting, bathrooms, and areas where a bright, invigorating atmosphere is desired.

If a lamp is listed as "changeable," "trichromatic," or "three-colored", it means you can switch between warm, neutral, and cold light settings in one lamp, offering versatile lighting for different moods and needs.

After your payment is verified, orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship. Orders placed after 9 am EST or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Important: Occasional shipping delays may occur due to limited international flights and increased package volume, especially during the holidays. In particular, anticipate delays around mid to late December (Christmas/New Year's/etc.) and mid-February (Chinese New Year). We appreciate your patience.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@sphereandstem.com. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos when reaching out. We'll help resolve the issue quickly. We will work with you to replace or refund lamps which are non-functional or that were damaged during transit within 30 days of delivery.

Yes! We will ship out the correct lamp to you based on your delivery address. For lamps which require you to select the plug type, make sure it correctly aligns with your shipping destination.
